Facilities at La Maison Rose
La Maison Rose has over six hectares of open pasture and woodland for guest to enjoy. On our land you will find Walnut, Horse Chestnut, Fig, apple and Plum trees. We keep a few hens and sheep which graze on our fields. In the future you could find horses or the occasional cow!
For guests who enjoy prehistory or simply walking we have some excellent tracks through the forest on our doorstep. Visit and explore the "Dolmens", "Gariottes" and Fauteuil de Cesar.

Those guests who prefer to search further afield without driving we can offer a selection of Mountain bikes both adult and children along with safety helmets. Cycles can be hired for a nominal amount per day. An excellent way to discover the delights of the Lot Valley and see the many vineyards. We have fly fishing and coarse fishing available nearby, also canoeing and Kayaks can be hired.
If, after a day touring, all you want to do is relax, then spend some time around our 10 x 5 x 1.4 metre swimming pool with under water lighing, which has a large sun terrace for guests to relax in comfortable stylish sun loungers with parasols. The pool is cleaned and the water content checked each day for clients’ comfort. There is Poolside lighting. Guests are provided with Pool towels free of charge. Please note for safety of guests no bottles or glass by the pool. For guests who wish to self cater we have a barbeque and the use of a fully fitted summer kitchen can be available subject to client bookings.
Other out door activities include badminton, water polo and croquet on our lawns, and the traditional French game of boules can be played in our courtyard. We also have a wide selection of books, jigsaws, games, card and chess tables for guest use.
